successfully took place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the Multipurpose Hall of the Agricultural University of Athens (AUA), with a large turnout.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"399\" data-end=\"597\">Trophy\u03a4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae is an initiative of the organization <strong data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"483\">New Agriculture New Generation<\/strong> and has been implemented since 2019 through a founding donation from the <strong data-start=\"557\" data-end=\"594\">Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"969\">This pioneering endeavor invests in the development and strengthening of the Greek agrifood innovation ecosystem, highlighting and rewarding innovative business ideas and startups operating in the fields of <strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"860\">agrotechnology, food technology and agrologistics<\/strong>, with products and services utilizing innovative technologies\u2014even at early development stages (pre-seed).<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1115\">The second TrophyTrophy Meet-Up began with a panel discussion on <strong data-start=\"1036\" data-end=\"1093\">&#8220;Reducing Food Waste Across the Entire Supply Chain.&#8221;<\/strong> The panel featured:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1276\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1197\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1197\"><strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1137\">Ms. Dia Chorafa<\/strong>, from the &#8220;Alliance for the Reduction of Food Waste,&#8221; and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1276\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1276\"><strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1238\">Ms. Konstantia-Aikaterini Lazaridi<\/strong>, Professor at Harokopio University.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1278\" data-end=\"1422\">The discussion was moderated by <strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1330\">Ms. Rineta Mitsi<\/strong>, Corporate Affairs &amp; Sustainability Director at <strong data-start=\"1379\" data-end=\"1419\">Goody\u2019s \u2013 Everest Group of Companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1556\">Following the panel, a <strong data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1464\">fireside chat<\/strong> took place on <strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1529\">&#8220;Circular Economy and By-product Utilization.&#8221;<\/strong><br data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1532\" \/>Participants included:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1751\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1633\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1633\"><strong data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1584\">Mr. Alexis Pantziaros<\/strong>, CEO &amp; Co-founder of <strong data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1626\">Coffeeco Upcycle<\/strong>, and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1751\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1751\"><strong data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1664\">Mr. Stavros Papadopoulos<\/strong>, Entrepreneurship &amp; Innovation Senior Manager at <strong data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1748\">New Agriculture New Generation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1901\">Another <strong data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1778\">fireside chat<\/strong> followed, focusing on <strong data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1872\">&#8220;Enhancing Innovation in Agrifood and Supporting Entrepreneurship.&#8221;<\/strong><br data-start=\"1872\" data-end=\"1875\" \/>The discussion featured:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2167\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"2084\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"2084\"><strong data-start=\"1904\" data-end=\"1936\">Mr. Konstantinos Mountzouris<\/strong>, Professor, Director of the Laboratory of Physiology, Nutrition &amp;
