It is noteworthy that in 2024, <strong data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"803\">44% of participants<\/strong> in its programs were <strong data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"834\">women<\/strong>, actively promoting female participation and empowerment in the agrifood sector.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"962\">Multiplier Value for the Greek Economy<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"963\" data-end=\"1103\">The estimated total contribution of the organization to the Greek economy for the period 2018\u20132023 reaches <strong data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1090\">40 million euros<\/strong>, of which:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1274\">\n<li data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1173\">\n<p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1173\"><strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1123\">\u20ac21.4 million<\/strong> came from the organization\u2019s direct activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1174\" data-end=\"1274\">\n<p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1274\"><strong data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1193\">\u20ac18.6 million<\/strong> were generated by the initiatives and actions of the beneficiaries themselves.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1276\" data-end=\"1381\">In 2023, for every \u20ac1 invested by the organization, <strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1346\">\u20ac5.35 of value<\/strong> was generated in the real economy.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1426\">Measurable Social and Economic Impact<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1457\">During the period 2018\u20132023:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"2141\">\n<li data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1537\">\n<p data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1537\"><strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1467\">63%<\/strong> of beneficiaries introduced new production and technical processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1538\" data-end=\"1601\">\n<p data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1601\"><strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1547\">80%<\/strong> improved their production and technical capacities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1725\">\n<p data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1725\"><strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1611\">37%<\/strong> of entrepreneurial or self-employed beneficiaries improved their efficiency and increased their profit margins.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1782\">\n<p data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1782\"><strong data-start=\"1728\" data-end=\"1735\">25%<\/strong> invested in the development of new products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1880\">\n<p data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1880\"><strong data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1792\">64%<\/strong> of unemployed beneficiaries now have stable employment or started their own business.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1993\">\n<p data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1993\"><strong data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1890\">36%<\/strong> of entrepreneurial or self-employed beneficiaries reduced their environmental footprint (2020\u20132023).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2069\">\n<p data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2069\">The organization\u2019s activities <strong data-start=\"2026\" data-end=\"2066\">indirectly support 135 jobs annually<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2141\">\n<p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2141\"><strong data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2088\">486 new jobs<\/strong> were created by the businesses of the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2262\">For a quick overview of our results, watch the videographic here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-5TsQdvooB0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-5TsQdvooB0<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2478\"><strong data-start=\"2268\" data-end=\"2286\">Founding Donor<\/strong> of New Agriculture New Generation is the <strong data-start=\"2347\" data-end=\"2384\">Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF)<\/strong>, which remains the main supporter of the organization, actively funding most of its programs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2539\"><strong data-start=\"2480\" data-end=\"2515\">Strategic and technical partner<\/strong>: <strong data-start=\"2517\" data-end=\"2539\">Rutgers University<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2541\" data-end=\"2714\">New Agriculture New Generation continues to work with consistency and transparency in supporting the sector by designing and implementing targeted actions and initiatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The essential role of the organization New Agriculture New Generation in supporting Greek agrifood is highlighted by the Independent Socioeconomic Impact and Performance Evaluation Reports conducted by BDO and Deloitte for the period 2018\u20132024.
