The project focuses on developing knowledge and skills in three thematic areas:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"857\">\n<li data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"817\">\n<p data-start=\"791\" data-end=\"817\">Regenerative Agriculture<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"818\" data-end=\"842\">\n<p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"842\">Business Development<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"857\">\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"857\">Innovation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1044\">Through these pillars, participants will be able to adopt sustainable practices, increase their competitiveness, and contribute to the regeneration of the agricultural sector in Greece.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1044\">Participation in the program is <strong data-start=\"32\" data-end=\"50\">FREE OF CHARGE<\/strong>. All participants will receive a <strong data-start=\"84\" data-end=\"113\">Certificate of Attendance<\/strong> from <strong data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"138\">EIT Food &#8211; GROW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1049\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1051\" data-end=\"1076\"><strong data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1076\">Educational Goals<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1078\" data-end=\"1108\">The educational goals include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1396\">\n<li data-start=\"1110\" data-end=\"1202\">\n<p data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1202\">Developing practical skills in regenerative agriculture and sustainable farm management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1263\">\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1263\">Strengthening entrepreneurial and innovation capacities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1339\">\n<p data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1339\">Fostering collaboration and exchange of best practices among producers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1396\">\n<p data-start=\"1342\" data-end=\"1396\">Empowering farmers as leaders in the green transition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1401\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1426\"><strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1426\">Target Audience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1540\">The program is addressed to farmers and agri-food entrepreneurs operating in rural and remote areas of Greece. Participants will be selected based on:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1746\">\n<li data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1607\">\n<p data-start=\"1586\" data-end=\"1607\">Geographic location<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1641\">\n<p data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1641\">Type of agricultural activity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1673\">\n<p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1673\">Commitment to participation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1746\">\n<p data-start=\"1676\" data-end=\"1746\">Inclusion criteria (gender equality, young farmers, small-scale units)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1748\" data-end=\"1751\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1753\" data-end=\"1784\"><strong data-start=\"1757\" data-end=\"1784\">Number of Beneficiaries<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1974\">More than <strong data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1816\">120 participants<\/strong> will directly benefit from the program, receiving comprehensive training and access to tools that strengthen their productive and entrepreneurial activities.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"1979\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2006\"><strong data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2006\">Program Structure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2008\" data-end=\"2190\">The total duration of the program is <strong data-start=\"2045\" data-end=\"2057\">20 hours<\/strong>, and it will take place from <strong data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2116\">November to December 2025<\/strong> via the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cultivateacademy.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2146\">Cultivate Academy<\/strong><\/a> platform of New Agriculture New Generation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2213\">The program includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2253\"><strong data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2251\">Blended Learning (20 hours)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2256\" data-end=\"2333\">20 hours of asynchronous learning through presentations, videos, quizzes and supporting material<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2471\"><strong data-start=\"2430\" data-end=\"2469\">2 Expert Sessions (90 minutes each)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2544\">Interactive discussions with experts on technical and business topics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2596\"><strong data-start=\"2551\" data-end=\"2594\">2 Farmer-to-Farmer Forums (1 hour each)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2663\">Peer learning sessions for experience and best practice sharing.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2665\" data-end=\"2712\"><strong data-start=\"2670\" data-end=\"2710\">1 Networking Event with Stakeholders<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2793\">Networking with institutions, cooperatives, buyers, startups, and researchers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2795\" data-end=\"2845\"><strong data-start=\"2800\" data-end=\"2843\">Toolkits &amp; Offline Educational Material<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2846\" data-end=\"2928\">Knowledge packages with applications for Greek crops and business planning guides.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"2933\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2935\" data-end=\"2968\"><strong data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"2968\">Certificate of Attendance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2970\" data-end=\"3049\">All participants will receive a <strong data-start=\"3002\" data-end=\"3031\">Certificate of Completion<\/strong> from the program.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3051\" data-end=\"3054\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3056\" data-end=\"3081\"><strong data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3081\">Participation Fee<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3083\" data-end=\"3134\">Participation in the program is <strong data-start=\"3115\" data-end=\"3134\">FREE OF CHARGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3139\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3157\"><strong data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3157\">Trainers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3159\" data-end=\"3444\">The trainings will be delivered by academics and professionals from the agri-food sector, as well as expert collaborators from the <strong data-start=\"3290\" data-end=\"3302\">EIT Food<\/strong> network.
