Speakers analyzed contemporary challenges in the food chain, the importance of sustainability and future perspectives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4216\" data-end=\"4495\">The presentation of the winning teams from the Trophy\u03a4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae Meet-Ups 2025 followed. At the end of the event, the top business idea of the year was announced, marking the conclusion of a cycle of actions that strengthened innovation and startup entrepreneurship across the country.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4497\" data-end=\"4764\">The winner of Trophy\u03a4\u03c1\u03bf\u03c6\u03ae 2025 was <strong data-start=\"4532\" data-end=\"4545\">BlueCrete<\/strong>, an interdisciplinary team from the Agricultural University of Athens. They presented an innovative and environmentally sustainable solution for the circular utilization of agrifood byproducts.
