The thematic focus was <strong data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"349\">\u201cEmotional Intelligence &amp; Leadership,\u201d<\/strong> with trainer <strong data-start=\"363\" data-end=\"383\">Vangelis Sideris<\/strong>, Business Training &amp; Development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"847\">The Agrifood Leadership 2025\u20132026 program is implemented by <strong data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"513\">New Agriculture New Generation<\/strong>, through a founding donation by the <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"587\">Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF)<\/strong>\u00a0and operates under the auspices of the <strong data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"679\">Hellenic Ministry of Rural Development and Food<\/strong>. The program\u2019s Technical and Strategic Advisor is <strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"758\">Rutgers University (USA)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"762\" \/>The sponsor of the 3rd training session was the <strong>Chios Gum Mastic Growers Association.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"908\">Focus on Emotional Intelligence and Modern Leadership<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"1294\">During the training session, participants explored in depth the importance of emotional intelligence as a key pillar of effective leadership. Through experiential exercises, professional case studies, and group activities, they developed skills in self-awareness, empathy, relationship management and decision-making, strengthening their role as modern leaders in the agrifood sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1542\">The opening of the training session was welcomed by the President of the <strong>Chios Gum Mastic Growers Association<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1403\" data-end=\"1426\">Mr. Giorgos Toumbos<\/strong>, who emphasized the importance of investing in human capital and the new generation of professionals in the sector.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1544\" data-end=\"1591\">Inspiration from Entrepreneurial Practice<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1953\">A highlight of the program was the presentation by <strong data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1665\">Argyro Koutsouradi<\/strong>, a beneficiary of New Agriculture New Generation and founder of <strong data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1752\">Myrovolos Organics<\/strong>, who shared her personal journey, challenges and opportunities in entrepreneurship. Her story highlighted the connection between innovation and local production, as well as the value of Chios mastic.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1955\" data-end=\"2006\">Educational Visit to the Chios Mastic Factory<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2460\">On the second day of the training session, an educational visit took place at the <strong data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2113\">Chios Mastic Factory<\/strong>, where participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the production process and utilization of an iconic Greek product.
