The program is a comprehensive professional integration initiative designed for people experiencing homelessness in Greece.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"900\">The program is implemented by <strong data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"597\">PRAKSIS<\/strong> in collaboration with <strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"654\">New Agriculture New Generation<\/strong>, with the support of the <strong data-start=\"680\" data-end=\"699\">Citi Foundation<\/strong>, as part of the international <strong data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"761\">Global Innovation Challenge<\/strong> initiative.
