Dissemination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New Agriculture New Generation is implementing <em><strong>\u201cBridge to Employment: Future READY (BE Future READY)\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, a comprehensive youth empowerment programme in Greece aimed at developing contemporary skills, supporting career readiness and entrepreneurship, and building meaningful connections with the labour market.<\/p>\n<p>As part of this programme, we are inviting applications for Trainee positions for individuals <strong>aged up to 29<\/strong>, who will join the organisation for <strong>2 months<\/strong> and have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in the circular economy and green skills.<\/p>\n<p>The trainees will undertake project development, implementation and dissemination tasks at the organisation\u2019s offices in Athens or Thessaloniki.<\/p>\n<p>If you have strong organisational and communication skills, an outgoing personality, a creative mindset and a passion for the circular economy and green development, and you are inspired by the opportunity to contribute to work with a meaningful social impact, you could be the person we are looking for.<\/p>\n<h2>In this role, you will:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and strengthen relationships with companies, charitable foundations, donors and strategic partners.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new funding and development opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to drafting and preparing proposals that support the organisation\u2019s work and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Support the implementation of the organisation\u2019s programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with all departments to support training, entrepreneurship and innovation activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<h3>Project Development<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and strengthen relationships with companies, charitable foundations, donors and strategic partners.<\/li>\n<li>Research and identify new funding opportunities from companies, foundations, and European or international programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to drafting funding proposals and preparing presentations in Greek and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Implementation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the implementation of the organisation\u2019s programmes and the monitoring of timelines and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and follow up with funders and partners throughout project implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the organisation\u2019s departments to support training, entrepreneurship and innovation activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Dissemination<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Communications Department to promote projects and their results.<\/li>\n<li>Support the organisation of events, workshops and networking activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Candidate Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing\/Communications, Economics, International\/European Studies or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and an excellent command of Greek and English.<\/li>\n<li>An outgoing personality and an interest in developing relationship-building skills with companies and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative, creative thinking and a collaborative approach.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the agrifood sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Desirable Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An understanding of the basic principles of project management, communication and outreach to prospective partners (e.g. sales).<\/li>\n<li>Basic proficiency in digital tools and platforms for presentations and project management (e.g. Canva, Monday).<\/li>\n<li>An interest in the circular economy and green development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We Offer<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A gross monthly salary of <strong>\u20ac920<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Additional benefits related to the nature of the role.<\/li>\n<li>The option to work remotely (2 days per month).<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development, networking and learning.<\/li>\n<li>A structured, collaborative and supportive working environment.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to join an organisation with a significant social and development impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to Apply<\/h2>\n<p>Interested candidates are invited to submit their curriculum vitae (CV) and a cover letter <strong>by 20 January 2027<\/strong> to the following email addresses:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:mona@newagri.org\">mona@newagri.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:dimitris@newagri.org\">dimitris@newagri.org<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Up to 3 trainees will be selected through the interview process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The organisation reserves the right to complete the selection process before the application deadline if suitable candidates are identified.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><em>The organisation will contact candidates shortlisted for interviews within 2 weeks of the application deadline.
