Secondly, because through this recognition, we honor the unsung Heroes of the Countryside, whose dreams we serve every day.

Since no Manager exists without their team, the truth is that this award truly belongs to my people. A Dream Team of dedicated, talented, and charismatic professionals who remind me every day of the incredible privilege of working in a mission-driven organization that serves only the common good!”*
