Erica Lympousi is active in the civil society sector, with experience in fundraising proposal development, donor relations, and the implementation of social impact initiatives. She has held roles in several organizations (HIGGS, Women Do Business, Ithaca, TEDxAthens) that combine executive support, communications, and project development, focusing on strengthening community engagement and social contribution. She was among the 10 selected participants of the nationwide World of Difference program by the Vodafone Foundation (2022) and one of the 14 selected participants of the nationwide Desmos for Youth program by the DESMOS organization (2021). She holds a degree in Political Science and International Relations and has participated in Erasmus+ programs and volunteer initiatives, with a strong interest in continuous both personal and professional growth and social impact.
