An Erasmus+ initiative aimed at promoting cross-border knowledge networks
The Carbon Farming Awareness Hub is an Erasmus+ project designed to create a transnational network for information and education on carbon farming and sustainable agriculture.
As the project coordinator, New Agriculture New Generation led the design and implementation of CarboFarmHub’s activities, significantly enhancing the knowledge and skills of young citizens and farmers in Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
