Program Objective
The main objective of the program is to enhance the resilience and entrepreneurial capacity of Greek farmers. The project focuses on developing knowledge and skills in three thematic areas:

Through these pillars, participants will be able to adopt sustainable practices, increase their competitiveness, and contribute to the regeneration of the agricultural sector in Greece.

Target Audience
The program is addressed to farmers and agri-food entrepreneurs operating in rural and remote areas of Greece. Participants will be selected based on:

Number of Beneficiaries
More than 120 participants will directly benefit from the program, receiving comprehensive training and access to tools that strengthen their productive and entrepreneurial activities.
Program Structure
The total duration of the program is 20 hours, and it will take place from November to December 2025 via the Cultivate Academy platform of New Agriculture New Generation.
The program includes:
- Blended Learning (20 hours)
20 hours of asynchronous learning through presentations, videos, quizzes and supporting material
- 2 Expert Sessions (90 minutes each)
Interactive discussions with experts on technical and business topics.
- 2 Farmer-to-Farmer Forums (1 hour each)
Peer learning sessions for experience and best practice sharing.
- 1 Networking Event with Stakeholders
Networking with institutions, cooperatives, buyers, startups, and researchers.
- Toolkits & Offline Educational Material
Knowledge packages with applications for Greek crops and business planning guides.
Certificate of Attendance
All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from the program.
Participation Fee
Participation in the program is FREE OF CHARGE.
Trainers
The trainings will be delivered by academics and professionals from the agri-food sector, as well as expert collaborators from the EIT Food network. The team of instructors will include university professors, sustainable development consultants, and entrepreneurship specialists.
